Parkour involves moving and interacting with your environment as a means to develop the body and the mind. In our urban world a specialized set of skills has evolved from this practice where disciples can vault, run, climb and swing their way through any cityscape in a seemingly superhuman fashion. Here at Chameleon we use a progressional approach to develop these skills in a controlled manner: teaching confidence and body control while creating joint stability, core stability and explosive strength. The emphasis is on developing fundamentals step by step so that our students are never taking random chances but always reaching the comfortable evolution of mastered progressions. This combination of carefully crafted progressions mixed with expert coaching and spotting technique creates a safe and fun way for students to gain strength, confidence and agility in a way that is fun and exciting.
