Developmental Program (Pre-team)
This program serves as a stepping stone from our recreational program to our competitive team program. It is designed for the serious gymnast, one who not only has the talent but more importantly the desire to be a competitive gymnast some day. This is where the student will get their feet wet in instruction. By no means does this mean that the fun stops here. In all actuality, most find the developmental program very FUN, CHALLENGING and SATISFYING.

DP Women's Gymnastics
Our Competitive Gymnastics program is specifically geared toward competition on the State and Regional levels and trains anywhere from three to five times per week.
This program consists of ten "levels" of skills. These athletes are trained to compete at the State, Regional, Division, and National levels. Our curriculum follows the Junior Olympic standards of the USA Gymnastics organization, a designation of the U.S. Olympic Committee and the governing body of the sport of gymnastics.
Seasons are typically four months in length and are comprised of six local competitions, which can lead to State championships, followed by Regionals, Western Division, then National Championships, and finally World & Olympic-qualification.
